Rimmel London Moisture Renew Sheer & Shine Lipstick Review

When I think of summery lipsticks I think of SPF, glossiness and something that moisturizes my lips. A lipstick that you can just throw in your bag and can even be applied without a mirror if necessary. Rimmel has launched a new lipstick for their Spring/Summer collection called the ''Moisture Renew Sheer And Shine'' and they claim to fit these needs perfectly. Let's take a look at them!

The Rimmel Moisture Renew Sheer & Shine lipsticks apply very smoothly and have a very pleasant, light fragrance to them. They have the consistency of a lip balm while still being very pigmented. The lipstick gives your lips protection against the sun because of the SPF 20 it contains, along with vitamin A,C, E en hyaluronic acid to prevent chapped lips. This means the lipstick won’t just hide chapped lips, it will aid them too which is a major thumbs up.

Of course they do not last as long as matte lipsticks would, but these are perfect to use when your lips are chapped and you still want to wear some color on your lips. And with sheer lipsticks like these, even the color shy among us will find they’re able to go a little bolder and not feel like it’s a step too far outside their comfort zone.

In short, the lipsticks are really nice and I’m getting a lot of use out of them. I feel like these are going to be perfect for the (hopefully) warmer months that are coming up. The Rimmel Moisture Renew Sheer & Shine lipsticks will be available in stores and online around the end of may and will be sold for €10,99 each.
